Axiom is partnering with a leading digital asset infrastructure company to hire a Founding Solutions Engineer for its institutional business. You’ll work directly with banks, capital markets firms and other regulated financial institutions, taking complex opportunities from technical discovery through architecture, evaluation and production readiness. This is not a traditional demo-led presales role. You’ll be trusted to go deep with sophisticated customers across architecture, security, privacy, integrations and infrastructure, while helping shape the technical strategy behind major institutional opportunities. What You’ll Own • Lead technical discovery with institutional customers • Design solutions across APIs, integrations and deployment models • Run workshops, architecture sessions and technical presentations • Own PoCs and technical evaluations through to production decision • Navigate security reviews, technical diligence and RFPs • Partner with commercial teams on technical deal strategy • Feed customer requirements directly into product and engineering What We’re Looking For • 7+ years in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture or technical consulting • Strong experience with banks, capital markets, payments or other regulated financial institutions • Track record leading complex enterprise PoCs or technical evaluations • Strong knowledge of APIs, distributed systems, cloud infrastructure and security • Comfortable engaging engineers, architects, security teams and senior business stakeholders • Strong technical depth combined with commercial judgement Blockchain, Ethereum, tokenisation or zero-knowledge experience is valuable, but institutional technical credibility matters more than previous crypto experience.
