Full Description

We are seeking an experienced State Manager to lead sales, distribution, merchandising, and pricing performance across Florida, with a focus on both on- and off-premise channels. This role will manage wholesaler and key customer relationships, drive sales programming, oversee budgets and marketing initiatives, and provide leadership to a team. 📍 Candidates must reside in Southern Florida 💻 Remote role with field travel required What You’ll Do: • Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager on annual sales planning and budget management. • Manage the brand portfolio across Florida, ensuring optimal depletions, inventory, and growth planning. • Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers and key accounts. • Lead execution of sales programs, pricing strategies, POS, and marketing initiatives. • Activate creative consumer programs and ensure flawless execution in market (distribution, pricing, displays, menus, ads). • Call on and activate key accounts, while overseeing team activities and performance. • Travel frequently to visit accounts, wholesalers, and internal sales teams. • Participate in company and wholesaler sales meetings and planning sessions. What We’re Looking For: • 5+ years of experience in the beverage alcohol industry. • Strong knowledge of wholesaler operations, pricing, and programming. • Proven leadership and key account negotiation skills. • Established relationships with wholesalers (preferred). • Entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset with strong organizational and planning skills. • Budget management and financial acumen. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Valid driver’s license with ability to travel 4–5 days per week. Physical Requirements: • Frequent standing, walking, and travel. • Ability to talk, hear, and engage in dynamic field work.
