We specialize in sparkling rhinestone designs and creative visuals that inspire the fashion industry. We’re looking for a highly creative and experienced Social Media & Online Marketing Manager to lead our digital presence and elevate our brand image. Responsibilities • Develop and execute social media strategies (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts). • Plan and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta and TikTok. • Coordinate with influencers for collaborations, giveaways, and campaigns. • Capture and edit product photos/videos (on-site or in-studio). • Design engaging visuals for posts, ads, and website content. • Track engagement metrics and report performance weekly. • Work with the Dallas team on campaigns, product launches, and email marketing. Requirements • Minimum 3 years of experience managing brand social media. • Proven success in running paid social media campaigns (Meta, TikTok). • Strong photography and short-form video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, Adobe). • Creative thinker with a strong sense of fashion trends. • Shopify or eCommerce experience is a plus. • Based in or near Los Angeles, CA (must be able to visit the store for content creation). Schedule • Part-time (approx. 20–25 hours/week) • Flexible schedule, on-site photo/video days preferred.
