Role Overview: As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective support. This position requires initial on-site training and quality assessment, followed by remote work, allowing you to develop your skills and contribute to the company’s success from a flexible location. What You'll Do: - You will complete a comprehensive 3-week on-site training program to master customer service protocols. - You will participate in a 2-week nesting period on-site to apply your training under supervision. - You will conduct quality assessments to ensure adherence to service standards. - You will handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently via phone, email, or chat. - You will document customer interactions accurately in the company’s CRM system. - You will collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service delivery. - You will maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all customer interactions. - You will meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards consistently. What You Bring: - You have at least 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. - You possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - You are comfortable with technology and able to learn new software quickly. - You demonstrate problem-solving abilities and patience in handling customer concerns. - You are able to commit to the initial 5 weeks of on-site training and nesting in Warwick, RI. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a remote customer service role. - Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Zendesk. - Bilingual abilities or proficiency in multiple languages. - Previous experience in quality assessment or training roles.
