Role Overview: As an Outbound Customer Care Advocate - TCA, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations by managing outbound communications and administrative tasks. What You'll Do: - You will conduct outbound calls to customers to provide information and resolve inquiries. - You will manage and update customer records accurately using Microsoft Office tools. - You will assist in administrative tasks to support the TCA operations team. - You will collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction. - You will maintain compliance with company policies and procedures during all communications. - You will troubleshoot basic customer issues and escalate complex cases appropriately. - You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the customer care process. What You Bring: - You have 1-2 years of experience in administrative or customer service roles. - You possess intermediate computer literacy and are proficient in Microsoft Office applications. - You have strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - You are detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities. - You are able to commute to the Warwick, RI office and live within 50 miles.
