Role Overview: As an Outbound Customer Care Advocate - TCA, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations by managing outbound communications and administrative tasks. This position is essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency within our Warwick, RI office. What You'll Do: - You will conduct outbound calls to customers to provide information and resolve inquiries. - You will manage and update customer records accurately using Microsoft Office tools. - You will assist with administrative duties to support daily operational workflows. - You will collaborate with team members to improve customer care processes. - You will maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions. - You will ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. - You will report operational issues and suggest improvements to management. What You Bring: - You have 1-2 years of experience in administrative or customer service roles. - You possess intermediate computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office. - You have strong communication and interpersonal skills. - You are detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. - You are able to commute to the Warwick, RI office and live within 50 miles. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in outbound customer care or call center environments. - Familiarity with CRM software and data entry best practices. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Previous experience in a fast-paced operational setting.
