This position is designed for individuals who are detail-oriented and customer-focused, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of our team. What You'll Do: - You will conduct outbound calls to customers to provide information and support. - You will manage and update customer records accurately in our systems. - You will assist with various administrative duties to support daily operations. - You will collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow. - You will utilize Microsoft Office tools to prepare reports and documentation. - You will maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions. - You will adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance. What You Bring: - You have 1-2 years of experience in administrative or customer service roles. - You possess intermediate computer literacy and are proficient in Microsoft Office. - You have strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - You are detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities. - You are able to commute to the Warwick, RI office and live within 50 miles.
