What You'll Do: - You will review and process financial planning and new business client data to ensure submissions meet company standards. - You will determine if submissions are in-good order or not-in-good order according to regulatory and company requirements. - You will reconcile discrepancies and communicate pending issues to relevant stakeholders promptly. - You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve client data and submission problems efficiently. - You will maintain accurate records of processed submissions and follow up on outstanding items. - You will support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processing workflows and client satisfaction. - You will stay updated on industry regulations and company policies affecting submission processing. What You Bring: - Minimum of 1-2 years experience in financial services, investment operations, or related fields. - Strong knowledge of financial planning processes and investment product documentation. - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. - Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with clients and internal teams. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and financial software platforms.
