What You'll Do: - You will review and process financial planning and new business submissions to ensure they meet company standards. - You will determine if submissions are in-good order or not-in-good order according to regulatory and company requirements. - You will reconcile discrepancies and communicate pending issues to relevant stakeholders promptly. - You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve client data and documentation problems. - You will maintain accurate records of submission statuses and follow up on outstanding items. - You will support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processing efficiency. - You will provide excellent client service by addressing inquiries related to submission status. What You Bring: - Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in financial services or investment operations. - Strong knowledge of financial planning processes and regulatory requirements. - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. - Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. - Proficiency with financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
