What You'll Do: - You will review and process financial planning and new business submissions to ensure they meet company standards. - You will determine if submissions are in-good order or not-in-good order according to regulatory and company requirements. - You will reconcile discrepancies and communicate pending issues to relevant stakeholders promptly. - You will maintain accurate records of client data and submission statuses. - You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve submission issues efficiently. - You will support compliance by adhering to all regulatory guidelines and company policies. - You will assist in improving processes to enhance submission accuracy and turnaround times. What You Bring: - Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in financial services or investment operations. - Strong knowledge of financial planning processes and documentation requirements. - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. - Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. - Proficiency with financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
