What You Bring: - You bring at least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. - You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - You are proficient with basic computer applications and CRM software. - You demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset. - You are able to work independently in a remote setting after training. - You are located within 50 miles of Warwick, RI, and can attend in-person training and occasional office visits.
