What You'll Do: - You will handle inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy. - You will resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction levels. - You will document customer interactions accurately in the system. - You will participate in training sessions held in person at the Warwick, RI office. - You will work remotely after training, with occasional office visits for system outages or special requests. - You will collaborate with team members to improve service processes. - You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services. What You Bring: - You have at least 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. - You possess strong communication and problem-solving skills. - You are comfortable using computer systems and customer management software. - You are located within 50 miles of Warwick, RI, and can attend in-person training and occasional office visits. - You have a flexible schedule to accommodate training and occasional office requirements. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a remote customer service role. - Familiarity with CRM software and ticketing systems. - Bilingual abilities or additional language skills. - Previous experience in a fast-paced call center environment.
