• *Minimum 1 year of travel experience required - No first-time travelers accepted - Must have CNA experience - No cancellations in work history - BG & license hits not accepted** LONG TERM CARE FACILITY 17 weeks 5 shifts first week and 4 shifts second week 8hr Nights 1430-2300 Float required EOW - Weekends required 66 rooms, 4 halls, day 1:8-10, nights 1:20 (1 hall each CNA).
