What you’ll be doing: As an Account Manager, you'll be the main point of contact for our largest, most complex clients in travel insurance, assistance, and network services. Your role is critical in retaining key accounts, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring profitability. You’ll manage the entire client lifecycle — from renewal negotiations and service delivery to growth initiatives — ensuring our clients are satisfied and our business continues to expand. Your main missions include: • Managing day-to-day operations for large client accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery. • Developing and executing renewal strategies, including terminating unprofitable accounts. • Acting as the liaison between internal teams and clients to coordinate service scope, contract reviews, and project activity. • Leading contract changes, due diligence, and SLA achievement efforts. • Reviewing monthly activity reports to identify utilization trends and discuss insights with clients and internal teams. • Identifying and pursuing upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow account revenue. • Facilitating quarterly and annual client meetings to review performance and strengthen relationships. • Monitoring financial results to meet targets and explaining any deviations. • Participating in internal projects related to service improvements, forecasts, and business growth. What you'll bring: To excel in this role, you'll have: • A successful track record managing and growing complex client relationships. • Several years of account management or sales experience in relevant industries such as travel assistance, travel insurance, US TPA, or corporate mobility. • An understanding of the travel assistance and travel insurance markets in the US. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively. • Strong negotiation skills and a solution-oriented mindset. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. • Bilingual in English and Spanish. • A background in business, marketing, or a related field; a medical or risk management background is a plus.
