Claims Account Manager – Captives Multiple Locations Our Claims team sets us apart. As a Claim Account Manager – Group Captives for the Americas, you will be responsible for claim account management functions for group captive members helping to sell AXA XL Claims value in the marketplace and managing claims-related service issues for the members, Third Party Administrators (“TPAs”) and intermediaries and other key distribution partners. What you’ll be DOING What will your essential responsibilities include? • Representing AXA XL externally with brokers, captive intermediaries and customers promoting AXA XL claims value proposition to help distinguish us in the unbundled marketplace. · Participating in marketing and business development activities, including partnership with internal business colleagues to present AXA XL claim capabilities to brokers, captive intermediaries and prospective customers. · Completion of new account implementations including Account Profiles, Certificate of Instruction documents and set-up meetings with new members, TPA, broker partners to ensure all parties are aware of their roles and responsibilities on the program. · Holding captive member stewardship meetings to address performance of the program and opportunities for improvement, in participation with the client’s third-party claims administrator. · Interaction with the third-party administrator as needed to develop, implement and monitor compliance with the client specific instructions and any action plans related to performance on the claim program. · Management of the claim audit process for the client, including coordinating the necessary internal and external resources to conduct the audit, and leading the audit wrap-up meeting. · Conducting meetings with client members as necessary to resolve issues and manage the ongoing client relationship. · Interaction with the Claims Technical Team on individual losses. Proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders to deliver optimal claims service. What you will BRING We’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills: Required Skills and Abilities: Broad claims account and vendor management experience: Ideal candidates should have advance experience within a TPA or Insurance Carrier with Group Captives. · Robust organizational abilities to track multiple projects and tasks. · Effective Technical Multi-Jurisdictional claims experience in a broad base of lines of business including but not limited to: Worker’s Compensation, Auto and General Liability. · Technical skills with Excel, PowerPoint and Word and /or business intelligence tools in order to perform data analysis. · Education: A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is required for this role. Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) or similar designation is preferred but not required. · Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to communicate both internally and externally with senior management, business leadership and business partners. · Travel is anticipated up to 25-30% of the time. The U.S. base salary range for this position is $130,000 to $227,500 USD. Actual pay will be determined based upon the individual’s skills, experience and location.
