Skills & Experience • Ideally, you'll have 8+ years under your belt in Business Development, Marketing, Sales, or Talent Acquisition – either working for a company or as a freelancer. • It's important to have a real passion for learning & development and helping people with their careers. • We're looking for someone with great English communication and relationship-building skills. If you can give a good presentation, that's even better! • You should be self-motivated and really want to grow in this role. • We need someone who enjoys working with individuals to guide and mentor them.
