Description AW Health Care is looking for a dynamic Sr Recruiter who is versatile and can recruit/source for a variety of departments and levels of roles. Must demonstrate an exceptional ability to work with and communicate with leaders at all levels of the organization and guide them in the right direction as well as an ability to mentor and develop others. Great REMOTE opportunity for a Recruiter who has aspirations for more. Remote Applicants must be based within 60 miles of the St Louis Metropolitan area and be willing to attend bi weekly in person meetings. Key Duties: • Collaborates with other department members and leadership regarding staffing plans and management of activities related to organizational growth. • Mentors other talent acquisition team members, manages projects, and provides orientation to talent acquisition staff. • Supports financial goals through efficient and effective recruitment processes and ensures compliance of state, federal, and organizational employment policies, laws, and regulations. • Provides staffing metrics, reviews metrics, and counsels as appropriate. Collaborates with customers to share effective talent acquisition and proactive turnover reduction strategies. Manages and monitors staffing strategies, initiatives, and market trends. • Manages the entire life-cycle recruiting process from request to fill a position to closing of qualified professional and management-level candidates. • Performs Other Responsibilities as Assigned Compensation: AW Health Care Recruiters participate in an additional incentive bonus structure based on quarterly hiring performance. Reports To: Regional Director of Human Resources Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree - Business/HR/related required; Masters Preferred 3-5 years of Health Care specific recruitment experience required Certified Internet Recruiter Highly Preferred
