Job Posting: Provider Relations Representative - Remote EDP Dental is seeking a dedicated Sales Representative to join our team and support our mission of expanding access to quality dental care through our Discount Dental Plan. This remote position involves enrolling and renewing members, and effectively marketing our plan benefits. We are also in need of a Sales Trainer who has experience in running a sales team, capable of coaching and educating them on upselling. Key Responsibilities: • Enroll new members and renew existing ones in our Discount Dental Plan • Develop and maintain positive relationships with providers • Promote plan benefits to prospective members and partners • Achieve enrollment targets and provide exceptional member service Compensation & Benefits: • Base salary of $50,000 - $70,000, plus unlimited commission potential • Flexible schedule, Monday to Friday • Comprehensive benefits package Qualifications: • Proven experience in Sales, customer service, or healthcare • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently • Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace Join us in helping more people access affordable dental care!
