Workforce Data Quality & Reporting Analyst 1462900 • Hourly pay: $95/hr • Worksite: Leading university (Remote, Candidates must be located in the United States) • W2 Employment, Retirement Savings Program • 24 hours/week, 6 Month Assignment A leading university seeks a Workforce Data Quality & Reporting Analyst. The successful candidate will support Oracle HCM retrofit efforts, workforce data needs assessments, and data governance activities. The company offers a family-oriented culture and environment! Workforce Data Quality & Reporting Analyst Responsibilities: • Capture business requirements, validate and test data, and ensure the accuracy of workforce reporting and metric calculations. • Perform SQL database queries, conduct data analysis, identify data quality issues, document reporting logic and data definitions, and support ad-hoc reporting and new report development. • Collaborate with business partners to define key workforce metrics and translate business requirements into clear technical specifications. Workforce Data Quality & Reporting Analyst Qualifications: • 5-7 years of related experience. • 1+ years of experience working with different Universities (E.g., Harvard, Princeton). • A bachelor's degree. • Strong analytical and math skills. • Experience with data validation and SQL. • Collibra, Oracle HCM, and Tableau are a plus. Shift: • 3 days a week, 8 hours a day, flexible on the days. (H) This is a remote position.
