This role involves guiding candidates through the hiring process, supporting recruiters, and managing recruiting activities across the company brands. Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator Responsibilities: • Coordinate interview logistics and scheduling for candidates. • Assist with requisition management and candidate relationship building. • Manage data quality and integrity through transaction processing and audits. • Provide support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed. • Utilize applicant tracking technology, specifically iCIMS. • Interact with staff at all levels and prioritize tasks effectively. • Ensure timely completion of projects and tasks. • Utilize Zoom video conferencing technology for interviews. • Proficient in Google Docs and G Suite. • Experience with ticketing/collaboration technology, specifically ServiceNow Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator Qualifications: • At least 1 year of experience in a Talent Acquisition support role. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience. • Interest in supporting recruiters and coordinating hiring process logistics. • Strong attention to detail and focus on data quality. • Excellent interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently or within teams and meet deadlines. • Commitment to internal client and customer service principles. • Initiative-taking and follow-through on projects.
