The successful candidate will work closely with the VP FP&A for Product & Technology, focusing on process improvement, report standardization, and automation. Senior Finance Director - Technology/Product Planning & Analysis Responsibilities: • Identify opportunities for the P&T FP&A team to be more efficient, including evaluating the existing set of reporting, financial models and other analysis and identify opportunities for simplification, consistency and automation. • Evaluation of data structure for cost center and department realignment. • Standardize P&T Forecast models (identify differences and help to determine best consistent model forward), including rolling forecast models. • Work with the business leadership and finance team to develop and implement standard monthly reporting and working with technology resources for implementation. • Work with the finance team, P&T operations and accounting team in the development of a capex reconciliation process, automating controls and reporting. Senior Finance Director - Technology/Product Planning & Analysis Qualifications: • 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, preferably in a technology-driven organization. • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; MBA or CPA a plus. • Advanced Excel modeling and PowerPoint skills; experience with financial tools such as Essbase, Anaplan, Tableau, Tempo, Jira, and Oracle. • Experience in process design and standardization in workflows and reporting • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. • Proven ability mentor high-performing finance teams, with the ability to influence change.
