Marketing Assistant Location: Hybrid in Los Angeles, CA Full Time, Contract, and Temporary From $23.00 to $23.00 per hour Job Description: Marketing Assistant PPCJP00000457 Hourly pay: $23/hr Worksite: Leading digital streaming network (Los Angeles, CA 90038 - Hybrid, Must be onsite on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays) W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL 40 hours/week, 3 Month Assignment A leading digital streaming network seeks a Marketing Assistant. The successful candidate will support the senior coordinator and coordinator on the team and their various projects in support of the films, custom programs, displaying banner ads, media rotation, reporting, contracting, invoicing, and administrative duties to support the work that the coordinators will be leading on. Marketing Assistant Responsibilities: Facilitate the completion of contractual agreements with internal stakeholders and ensure the timely processing of invoices. Assist with the development of all digital content, including imagery, descriptions, and video, for multiple brands. Seek innovative ways to engage target consumers and press across digital media. Assists in day-to-day digital community management on brand socials. Track competitive advertising, monitor promotions marketplace activity, and help maintain competitive tracking data and marketplace trends. Help schedule for VP and team. Marketing Assistant Qualifications: 1 year of experience (Can include internships). Experience with a marketing agency is nice to have. Personal interest in entertainment and marketing campaigns for movies/TV shows is preferred. Familiar with office products, Adobe products and Google Suite products, and MS Office suite products are preferred. Interested in the film marketing area of the entertainment industry. Passion for social media platforms, digital trends, emerging technologies, digital marketing, and movies. Shift: 9 am to 6 pm Pacific Time office hours.
