This role is integral to enhancing the client experience by providing exceptional operational and administrative support to our Financial Advisors. You will work in a dynamic environment where precision, professionalism, and client satisfaction are paramount. Salary & Benefits: • Competitive salary: $55,000$60,000, commensurate with experience • Comprehensive benefits package: health insurance, 401(k), profit sharing, and performance-based bonuses Key Responsibilities: • Support Advisors and Relationship Managers with daily operations, tasks, and projects • Schedule and coordinate in-person meetings and virtual conferences • Manage tasks within client relationship management software • Document and execute workflows, including meeting notes and database updates • Process fund requests, account applications, transfers, and other client/account-related needs • Address client inquiries with professionalism and efficiency • Contribute to a team-oriented environment by embracing various responsibilities as needed Qualifications & Experience: • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience in a professional services or financial setting • Experience: • Minimum 3 years in an administrative support role, preferably in financial services or wealth management • Familiarity with client relationship management (CRM) software • Proven experience managing client-facing tasks with a high level of accuracy and professionalism • Experience working with high-net-worth or luxury clientele preferred • Skills: • Strong organizational and time management abilities • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) • Ability to learn and follow established systems, processes, and workflows • Personal Attributes: • Perpetual positivity and a can-do attitude • High attention to detail and commitment to excellence • Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness • Dependability and a team-first mindset Why Join Avion Wealth? • Experience a culture rooted in professionalism, trust, and collaboration • Work with a highly credentialed and experienced team dedicated to client success • Contribute to a firm that values your input and supports your professional growth
