Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts through consultative sales and strategic engagement.
1-3 years in B2B SaaS sales or account management, with strong communication skills and familiarity with FinTech or payment solutions.
Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our Supplier Sales team, focusing on the post-sale portfolio growth of our ePayment supplier network. This role is responsible for the overall health, adoption, and expansion of a fluid account base by employing consultative sales strategies to drive product conversion and revenue. You will act as a key internal partner, utilizing data-driven analysis to diagnose barriers to adoption, re-sell value, and serve as the voice of the supplier to influence product and operational improvements across the organization. What You'll Do • Manage a fluid portfolio of ePayment supplier accounts, with responsibility for increasing product adoption and expanding revenue through consultative sales strategies. • Develop and execute account-level strategies to drive conversion and adoption of our SaaS solutions. • Identify key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations and engage them through tailored outreach and business case development. • Partner closely with Customer Success, Product and Payment teams to ensure friction points are understood and addressed. • Deliver compelling, data-driven presentations, when appropriate, demonstrate ROI and influence executive buy-in. • Re-engage disengaged or underperforming accounts by diagnosing barriers to success and re-selling value based on tailored solutions. • Conduct discovery sessions, when appropriate, to uncover root causes of low adoption and build corrective action plans. • Identify opportunities for expansion, upsells, and service optimization as trust is rebuilt and value is realized. • Share learnings and best practices with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to help refine our go-to-market approach. • Represent the voice of the customer internally to help shape product and make operational improvements. • Review payment mix reports to identify trends, gaps and opportunities. • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and account notes in CRM. What We're Looking For • 1-3 years of proven success in B2B SaaS sales or account management, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding quota in complex, consultative sales cycles. • Demonstrated ability to re-engage disengaged accounts and navigate multi-stakeholder deals up to the executive level. • Data-Driven Mindset: Proficiency in interpreting payment mix reports, CRM forecasting, and using tools like Excel to influence business outcomes and identify expansion opportunities (upsells/optimization). • Exceptional Communication & Collaboration: Strong written and verbal consultative communication skills with a proven ability to influence cross-functionally (Product, CS, Payments) without direct authority. • Experience or strong familiarity with FinTech, Procurement, or AP/AR/Payment's automation solutions is highly preferred.
