The Senior Design Project Coordinator role is a crucial component to ensuring the day-to-day operations of our clients run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities • Own and coordinate design documentation milestones from kickoff through closeout • Partner with Engineers of Record to support successful delivery of models, drawings, and record documents • Track design schedules and drive accountability across stakeholders • Manage access to current models and construction documents, serving as an SME for project systems (e.g., Autodesk Construction Cloud) • Review and QA/QC drawings and documents for compliance with standards • Facilitate cross-functional reviews and communication related to design deliverables • Maintain accurate project records and oversee final document turnover to operations • Support construction-phase changes and help improve standardized workflows and processes Requirements • A minimum of 5 years experience in the Design and/or Construction industry as it relates to project or program management • Familiarity with full project lifecycle from pre-construction thru closeout • Experience in document control with revision control and document repository management • Familiarity with QAQC of documents per established standards • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task • Attention to detail • Professional written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Nice-to-haves • Experience in the Technology industry as it relates to software implementations and administration • Experience in Autodesk Construction Cloud, G-suite, SharePoint • Demonstrated capability to lead decisively in challenging and intricate environments • Proven ability to influence and guide cross-functional teams towards successful delivery, even without formal authority • Self-motivated, proactive, and proven ability to adapt well and work with various team styles • Basic knowledge in data center engineering or construction • Exceptional communication skills and ability to tailor communication to your stakeholders • Ability to work with a remote and geographically dispersed team (multiple time zones) Benefits • Competitive compensation • Health insurance • 401k with employer match • Flexible PTO • Remote work • Philanthropic Matching Gift Program
