SUMMARY Avetta is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Sales (B2B SaaS) to lead our Mid-Market sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, coaching, and motivating a team of 4-8 Account Executives, driving sales performance, and achieving revenue targets. The Director of Sales will play a critical role in developing and executing sales strategies, expanding market presence, and ensuring customer satisfaction within the mid-market segment. If residing within commutable distance to one of our offices, a hybrid schedule would be requested, (3 days in office, 2 days work from home). Remote work may be considered for those outside of commutable distance to an office. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage, mentor, and develop a team. Fostering a high-performance sales culture focused on achieving and exceeding sales targets. Develops the long-term sales pipeline and sets direction for business development, to increase the company's market share in Workforce Management. Balances strategic and tactical pursuits to optimize coverage and develop a predictable revenue stream. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the mid-market segment. Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align efforts and optimize results. Track and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive accountability. Effectively uses internal sales tools to maintain a healthy pipeline and account plans. Collaborates across Avetta Teams to deliver a consistent approach to developing business, including account planning for end-to-end solutions. Assesses solution feasibility from a technical and business perspective to accurately qualify deals. Ensure transparency and clear communication of sales performance and objectives. Implement best practices for prospecting, qualification, negotiation, and closing. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree; Advanced Degree or MBA a plus. Demonstrated achievement quota, interface with diverse business customers at all levels. 7-10+ years of sales experience, 3-5 Years Sales Management Experience. Prior selling experience includes multiple, diverse set of selling responsibilities. Extensive experience managing and developing high-performing sales teams. Strong understanding of the mid-market segment and its dynamics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to execute and drive results. The final compensation offered to a candidate will be determined by several factors, including work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The estimated base salary for this position is $150,000 annually, with potential additional performance-based incentives.
