Our Finance team is looking for Senior Financial Analyst who will be responsible for providing advanced financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support strategic decision‑making across the organization. This role partners closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver insights, evaluate business performance, and improve forecasting accuracy. The focus of this role will be to assist the marketing team in managing and analyzing their projects. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, highly analytical, and able to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to stakeholders at all levels. What you will be doing: • Lead month-end financial close activities, including variance analysis and performance reporting. • Develop, maintain, and improve financial models and forecasts for business planning. • Support the annual operating plan, multi‑year forecast, and quarterly forecast cycles. • Provide business partnering to leadership teams with data-driven recommendations. • Analyze key financial and operational trends to identify risks and opportunities. • Prepare executive-level dashboards, presentations, and reporting packages. • Conduct ad‑hoc financial modeling to support investment decisions, cost-benefit analyses, and strategic initiatives. • Improve and streamline financial processes, systems, and reporting tools. • Ensure financial accuracy and compliance with internal controls and company policies. What you need to succeed: • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. • 2+ years of progressive finance or FP&A experience. • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills (Excel, financial systems). • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. • Ability to synthesize complex data and present insights clearly. • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. • Prioritizing local candidates only that live within commutable distance.
