Background in investment banking, fundraising, venture capital, or private equity with strong financial modeling and investor relations skills, existing investor network, proven fundraising success, entrepreneurial mindset, and fluency in English.

Tasks We are seeking a Co-Founder / Managing Partner (Capital Advisory & Fundraising) to join Avertis Capital Architecture as a strategic partner in building our advisory and deal ecosystem. You will work directly with the Founder to: • Identify, source, and onboard clients seeking to raise capital ($1M–$30M+ range). • Build and manage relationships with Family Offices, Funds, and Private Investors. • Contribute to the development of investor decks, term sheets, and fundraising strategies. • Support due diligence, negotiation, and transaction execution processes. • Co-develop the business model, pricing, and partnership structure for future scale Requirements • Background in Investment Banking, Fundraising, Venture Capital, or Private Equity. • Strong understanding of financial modeling, investor relations, and deal flow management. • Existing investor or startup network (Family Offices, Angels, VCs, HNWIs). • Proven ability to close fundraising rounds or advisory mandates. • Entrepreneurial mindset: driven, resourceful, and willing to build from scratch. • Fluent in English (German, Spanish or French is a plus).
