TITLE: Part Time Administrative Assistant LOCATION: Bellevue, WA TYPE: Contract (4-6 weeks) PAY: $26 - $30/hr BENEFITS: Medical insurance, 401K, sick leave as applicable by state law, and EAP. RESPONSIBILITIES · Manage and coordinate projects that advance departmental or company initiatives, ensuring goals are met on time and within budget. · Perform administrative and project-related tasks such as budget tracking, invoice coding, expense monitoring, report generation, and variance identification. · Organize logistics and provide on-site support for departmental meetings, trainings, and events. · Arrange and coordinate business travel for leadership as needed. · Support meeting and event execution, including planning, coordination, and follow-up tracking. · Manage calendars for leaders and/or team members. · Serve as a liaison to senior executives, officials, and clients both inside and outside the organization. · Collaborate with and provide backup support to other administrative team members as needed. · Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned. ESSENTIAL QUALIFCATIONS · Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred. · 2+ years of experience providing high-quality administrative and project support to operations leaders. · Strong ability to anticipate needs and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to internal and external partners. · Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. · Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines · Strong professional communication skills, both written and verbal. · Proven ability to handle confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and tact. · Collaborative mindset with strong consulting and partnership skills. · Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software tools.
