POSITION SUMMARY: This role leads the implementation of new customer onboarding, requiring close collaboration with Corporate, Business Development, and Account Management teams. Responsibilities include serving as the primary contact newly acquired customers and transitioning them to the operations team. The position also involves conducting customer training and implementation presentations, facilitating meetings. Furthermore, this individual will identify cost-conscious strategies, streamline processes, and perform post-implementation analysis to ensure testing volume targets are met. This position requires limited travel, 10-15%. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Lead implementation of new Customer on-boarding and Patient Care Centers, coordinating with Corporate, Business Development and Account Management teams Coordinate with Business Development and Operations teams to determine growth strategies in new markets Serve as primary point of contact for new customers, acting as the liaison between Averhealth team members and the customer Transition the new customer to the appropriate operations team member to become the primary point of contact as the site opens and/or testing begins Research new customer geographic areas to identify optimal Patient Service Center location and work with real estate team to manage procurement of real estate Work with vendors during new customer implementation to establish the new locations in each vendor’s system Conduct new customer training and customer implementation presentations in-person and via web Facilitates effective internal team and customer meetings throughout implementation period Conduct on-going implementation meeting with new customers and operations team during the on-boarding process Develop and implement a customer experience strategy, including new customer implementation SOPs and best practices Identify and implement cost-conscious strategies and streamlined processes integrating all necessary departments throughout the implementation process Perform post-implementation analysis to ensure new customers meet anticipated testing volumes KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES Experience leading implementation of new customers and/or new site openings Experience working with multiple departments and teams to achieve a common goal Ability to consistently meet deadlines and drive progress and accountability in others Strong organization, planning, and time management skills Ability to function effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing Analytical and problem solving abilities Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Ability to multi-task Ability to prioritize work and take initiative Strong attention to detail Skilled in the use of computers, especially in operating Microsoft-based programs Ability to handle and maintain confidential information EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field 7+ years of project management or account management experience COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Compensation based upon experience and qualifications Health Insurance Vision Insurance Dental Insurance Life Insurance Short-Term Disability Long-Term Disability 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Office Community Outreach Pay Employee Referral Bonus Ample Opportunity for Advancement!
