Our direct client is looking for Senior Oracle Fusion (Oil Value Chain) Functional Analyst to join the team on a full-time direct hire. • Senior Oracle Fusion (Oil Value Chain) Functional Analyst • This will be working 3 days week on site. • Irvine, CA • Salary: $135k - $145k and great benefits. • Full Time Direct Hire • Looking for local candidates, onsite in-person interviews, no relocation provided. We are seeking a Senior Functional Analyst – Oracle Fusion (Oil Value Chain) to lead end-to-end delivery and optimization of Oracle Fusion Value Chain initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to work in a specialized hybrid domain supporting custom-built Oracle solutions spanning commodity trading, supply chain logistics, procurement, order management, finance, and contract lifecycle management. Required Experience • 5+ years Oracle ERP functional experience • 3+ years Oracle Fusion experience (EBS R12 required if no Fusion) • 2+ full-cycle Oracle Fusion implementations (Manufacturing vertical required) • Strong cross-functional knowledge: Supply Chain, Logistics, Inventory, Demand Planning, Contracts, Finance, Order Management • Experience with CEMLI design and integrations • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field • Ability to travel up to 10% Technical Skills • OTBI, BI Publisher, FBDI • Data models, interfaces, conversions, migrations • PL/SQL, VBCS, Postman, Redwood UI • Jira, Agile/SAFe, OUM/AIM/SDLC methodologies Preferred • Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Foundations Certification Responsibilities Own End-to-End Delivery • Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, implementation, cutover, validation, and operational support • Design cross-module integrations and business process flows • Build and enhance solutions using CEMLI (Configurations, Extensions, Modifications, Localizations, Integrations) Be the SME – Oil Value Chain • Act as the primary functional expert across Oracle Fusion modules and custom extensions • Translate complex business needs into scalable system solutions • Coordinate with development tracks, SI partners, and cross-functional stakeholders Drive Platform Excellence • Oversee platform stability, upgrades, quarterly releases, and system optimization • Monitor system health, licensing, and scalability • Lead UAT, validation cycles, and production deployments Documentation & Governance • Develop BR100s, MD50s, TE40s, process flows (Visio/Lucid), user stories, and validation scripts • Ensure compliance with SDLC/Agile methodologies • Enforce data governance, privacy, and regulatory standards Must be able to pass and clear background check and Drug Test prior to starting.
