Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic, bilingual English/Spanish, organized Dental Office Manager/Treatment Coordinator to lead our dental practice with enthusiasm and expertise. Responsibilities • Oversee daily office operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and administrative workflows to maximize efficiency and patient satisfaction • Coordinate treatment plans by explaining procedures, financing options, and post-treatment care to patients with clarity and confidence • Supervise front desk staff, dental assistants, and hygienists, providing leadership, training, and support to foster a collaborative team environment • Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure the confidentiality of all medical records and patient information • Utilize dental practice management software such as Open Dental to schedule appointments, update records, and generate reports Skills • Proven experience (5 years) in dental office management or a similar healthcare administrative role with a focus on practice operations • Strong knowledge of dental terminology • Supervisory experience leading teams within a healthcare or dental setting, with excellent human resources skills • Proficiency in dental Open Dental software is highly desirable • Exceptional communication skills for patient education and staff coordination; ability to handle sensitive situations professionally • Knowledge of HIPAA compliance standards and medical administrative support procedures Join us in shaping a positive environment where quality dental care meets exceptional operational leadership!
