Aventiv Technologies – Where your future awaits - YouTube • *Associate Referral Reward Eligible** Job Purpose: The Program Manager role within the strategy & transformation department will manage a portfolio of projects, partnering with cross functional cohorts and other department leaders as well as individual contributors to execute initiatives across multiple verticals, advise management, and leverage resources to meet objectives aligned with the program. The program manager leads the definition of a portfolio of programs, projects, and/or on-going service provisions. This role also engages and influences senior managers to ensure the portfolio can be tracked with measurable statistics and will deliver the agreed business objectives. Essential Duties • Self-motivated and can lead with little to no oversight ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes/results. • key duties include defining initiative baselines, tracking progress, status reporting, leading the team, taking corrective actions, and driving the success of the program. • Strategic decision-making based on clear understanding of cost, risk, interdependencies, and impact to existing business activities. • Overall communication and measurement of projects throughout the project lifecycle • Assist in the prioritization of resource utilization and change impact. • Continually evaluate current processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity. • Produce, manage, and report on initiatives within the program. • Present status to executive level leadership, facilitate escalations. • Coordinating, leading, and managing project meetings and collaboration sessions. • Establishing objectives and milestones, defining and guarding scope, resource capacity planning and velocity tracking • Coordinating and facilitating communication between departments and project team members • Work with cross-functional departments to ensure they are engaged, aligned, and prepared to implement new initiatives including associated transformational changes. • Work directly with IT management, vendors and business owners to ensure timelines are committed to and those commitments are upheld. • Performs duties/projects as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities • PC Skills (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Microsoft Project/Visio) • Proven track record managing large sized, complex business/technology projects and/or programs with the ability to handle multiple projects and programs simultaneously. • Ability to lead and train a cross departmental team to execute large scale projects with • Strong people management, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills • Strong attention to detail, problem solving and troubleshooting skills. • Strong decision-making skills • Familiar with Portfolio Management Tools Minimum Qualifications • High School Diploma or GED • 10+ years project/program management experience • Proven ability to manage multiple diverse cross-functional development and support teams. • Proven track record managing large sized, complex business/technology projects initiatives and/or programs. • Proven ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously • Financial analysis, process improvement, data visualization, stakeholder management, and the ability to influence across functions. Preferred Qualifications • Master's or bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance • Microsoft Power BI experience • Microsoft Visio experience • Advanced Excel experience • Telecommunications, Media Development experience • PMP Certification • Process improvement strategy and techniques (e.g., Six Sigma, other, etc.) Physical Requirements • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to: stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and a variety of office equipment. • Occasionally may need to reach, stoop, or kneel.
