Aventiv Technologies – Where your future awaits - YouTube • *Associate Referral Reward Eligible** Job Purpose: The Content Development Manager is responsible for supporting the development, management and maintenance of training materials for both internal employees and customers. This role will transform complex information into engaging, accessible content that drives learning and performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for updating existing training content, creating new learning assets, and ensuring all materials are inviting, consumable, and aligned with organizational goals. Timely updates to training content are critical to maintaining consistency across learning experiences, ensuring that employees and customers receive accurate, relevant, and up-to-date information that reflects current practices and standards. Essential Duties: • Utilizing approved document templates, create and update training materials including user guides, eLearning modules, videos, job aids, and presentations. • Ensure content is visually engaging, easy to understand, and tailored to diverse audiences. • Maintain content repositories and version control systems. • Audit and revise outdated training content to reflect current practices, policies, and technologies. • Prioritize timely updates to ensure consistency and alignment across all training materials. • Proactively partner with subject matter experts (SMEs), trainers, and business leaders to gather input and validate content. • Review and edit content for clarity, consistency, grammar, and tone. • Use feedback and analytics to improve content effectiveness and learner engagement. • Track progress and report on content development milestones. • Perform other related duties as assigned or required. • Travel up to 25% Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: • Strong writing, editing, and ability to customize materials based on audience • Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite). • Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise, Captivate). • Understanding adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies. • Ability to simplify complex topics into digestible, learner-friendly formats. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Commitment to maintaining content accuracy and consistency through timely updates. Minimum Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED • 3+ years of experience in content development & management, training, or instructional design. • Experience working with content creation tools such as Microsoft suite of solutions, Articulate, Rise, Canva, etc) • Demonstrated experience creating and managing training content for diverse audiences. • Ability to work on multiple projects at one time with quick turnaround Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Communications, Education, or related field. • Experience with content management systems • Familiarity with AI tools to assist in content management and development Physical Requirements: • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to: stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and a variety of office equipment. • Occasionally, this position may need to reach, stoop, or kneel.
