Qualifications of the Operations Specialist • High School Diploma or equivalent required; College Degree is a PLUS. • Experience in payroll and/or human resources is highly preferred. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong skills in Word and Excel. • Team player with excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. • Home health experience is a PLUS. • Proficiency in English; bilingual skills are a PLUS.
