The Opportunity Must live in or near Tulsa, OK. Training is on-site in Tulsa for at least three weeks. After training, and meeting attendance and performance goals, work from home is an option. Inbound call center Customer Support role with a purpose. In this role, you will help pet owners by taking inbound calls and helping reunite lost pets with their families. What You'll Do • Answer inbound calls from pet owners looking for help with a missing pet • Calm and reassure callers who may be stressed or emotional • Collect accurate information and follow clear call steps • Guide pet owners through the process to help reunite them with their pet • Provide a positive and compassionate experience on every call • Handle a steady volume of inbound calls (volume may increase during busy times) • Work a set schedule (day and evening shifts available) • Be part of a team that values teamwork, performance, and growth Next class starts: March 9th, 2026 Why You'll Love Working Here We are committed to building a workplace where employees feel supported and valued.
