As Business Office Manager, you will contribute to the success of our organization’s Accounts Receivable Department. Your work will be instrumental in attaining our organizations goals by ensuring accurate billing, ensuring timely collection of accounts receivables from resident accounts, completing collection calls and documentation on current and past due accounts, Maintaining all aspects of RFMS accounts of residents, meeting with residents and families regarding financial concerns, submitting documentation to Social Security and the State of Illinois regarding resident status and liability and adhering to strict deadlines for billing and reporting.
