Key Responsibilities • Lead and deliver organizational change management strategies for AI-enabled workplace transformation programs and ERP transformation programs with a focus on Microsoft technologies. • Assess organizational readiness and identify gaps in capabilities, culture, and processes. • Facilitate stakeholder engagement, communication planning and change impact assessments across diverse organizational levels. • Design and facilitate training programs to upskill client workforces and support technology adoption. • Define and implement change measurement frameworks to track adoption, engagement, and business impact. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between change strategy, business goals, and technical delivery. • Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders to support program success and long-term transformation. • Coach client team members in change management best practices. • Apply design thinking and human-centered approaches to change planning and solution design. • Navigate ambiguity and adapt change strategies to dynamic client environments and evolving program needs. Candidate Profile • Demonstrated experience in management consulting, preferably with a global firm. • Minimum 3-5 years in client-facing change management roles, with prior experience in ERP and/or AI-enabled initiatives. • Familiarity with AI tools and agents (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) and their integration into change management strategies. • Comfortable navigating complex, matrixed environments and working across cross-functional teams. • Demonstrated ability to apply design thinking and human-centered approaches to change planning. • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform and measure change impacts. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including executive-level storytelling. • Flexible, analytical, AI literate, and effective in dynamic client environments. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with broader Microsoft ecosystem tools. • Willingness to travel within North America (up to 75%).
