Role Summary The Cybersecurity Governance Specialist will focus on updating, documenting, and aligning the casino s Change Management process with regulatory and industry best practices. This role ensures that policies are not only written but enforceable, auditable, and defensible in regulatory reviews. Key Responsibilities • Review and update existing Change Management policies, procedures, and workflows. • Define enforcement mechanisms (approval workflows, escalation procedures, documentation requirements). • Ensure alignment with external regulatory requirements (gaming commission, PCI DSS, state and federal cyber security mandates). • Develop compliance dashboards and reporting templates. • Support the CAB with structured documentation and audit trail preparation. • Train stakeholders on policy interpretation and compliance expectations. Qualifications & Experience • 5 7+ years in cyber security governance, risk, and compliance (GRC). • Deep knowledge of ITIL Change Management, PCI DSS, and audit standards. • Strong policy writing and process documentation skills. • Experience with metrics and compliance reporting.
