As part of our expansion, we are seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to provide client facing technical guidance, function as support for multiple departments, and assist with change management implementations. Summary: As an Assistant Operations Manager, you will work closely with our teams to drive operational efficiency and support a high-paced production environment. Specific applications include: Customer Facing Technical Resource Project Tracking + Lead Time Estimations Process Implementation + Change Management Shop Drawing & Production Documentation Review Remote Employee Management The ideal candidate will be passionate about collaboration, multidisciplinary work, emerging technologies, and custom manufacturing. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or an Engineering discipline. Experience: 2-5 years of applicable experience, with preference given to candidates that have professional Architecture/Engineering/Construction/Manufacturing experience. Experience interfacing with sub-contractors and onsite installers. Hard Skills: Experienced with productivity / project management tools. Previous experience in the review / interpretation of technical drawings. Mechanically inclined with spatial awareness. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Soft Skills: Collaborative with the ability to communicate effectively in a team environment. A growth mindset with the willingness to learn new tools, techniques, and technologies. Desirable but Not Required: Previous Experience with door frames and hardware. Experience with CRM/ERP software. AutoCAD, Rhino3D, Excel, and Bluebeam. Why Join Us?
