The Financial Analyst will support the Operations Organization by focusing on forecasting, budgeting, variances, analysis, and financial modeling. They will present key findings to management and perform ad-hoc reporting on a monthly basis.
Candidates should have a minimum of 0-2 years of progressive finance business experience and a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. Proficiency in Excel and experience in budgeting and forecasting processes are essential.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Financial Analyst is a key member of the finance department with primary responsibility for supporting our Operations Organization. This is a key role that will be focused on forecasting, budgeting, variances, analysis, and financial modeling. This Financial Analyst will present key findings to all levels of management around trends and patterns. They will also be tasked to do ad-hoc reporting on a monthly basis. The position requires strong financial modeling and analysis experience as well as a keen eye for detail and strong communication skills. Sponsorship, in any form, is not available for this position.
