Senior Analyst, OCM You will work as part of a broader project team, supporting client readiness and adoption by helping translate Workday changes into clear communications and practical training that enable end users to succeed. What Success Looks Like in This Role • Actively supporting senior consultants and project leads in delivering change management, communications, and training workstreams • Contributing to client readiness and adoption efforts through well-executed deliverables • Creating clear, engaging materials that help users understand and adopt Workday • Learning the client environment and Workday solution quickly and applying that knowledge to deliverables • Operating as a reliable, collaborative team member who follows through and adapts as project needs evolve Key Responsibilities • Support change impact gathering and readiness activities • Draft and format change management deliverables • Create and update Workday-specific user readiness materials (e.g., emails, presentations, FAQs, job aids) • Apply established templates, tools, and methodologies while building hands-on experience Required Qualifications: • Demonstrated experience in change management, training, communications, HR systems, or a related field • Interest in enterprise systems and organizational change, with exposure to Workday preferred • Strong spoken and written communication and attention to detail • Ability to take direction, ask thoughtful questions, and apply feedback • Comfortable working in a team-based, client-facing environment Preferred Qualifications: • Consulting or professional services experience • Exposure to Workday implementations or HR/Finance/Payroll systems • Workday Pro certification • Change Management certification • Familiarity with change management or training concepts and frameworks Why This Role • Hands-on experience supporting real Workday implementations • Opportunity to learn from experienced change and Workday consultants • Clear path to grow skills in change management, communications, and training • Supportive team environment with exposure to multiple clients and industries Pay Transparency Compensation for roles at Avaap varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific business unit, team, role, skillset, and level of experience. As required by law, Avaap provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired. • Base Salary Range is $75,000 to $85,000 plus 10% variable compensation is available for this specific role. At Avaap it is not typical to be hired at the top of the base salary range. • During the interview process, alignment to level will be determined and should level differ from position applied for, a new compensation range will be provided for the appropriate role.
