About the role As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect at Auxo Solutions, you will play a collaborative role in designing, managing, and implementing applications that deliver the highest quality experience to our customers. What you'll do Partner with Auxo's stakeholders to understand marketing goals, campaign requirements, and customer journey needs. Design, build, and optimize customer journeys using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Email Studio. Develop personalized and dynamic campaigns leveraging AMPscript, SQL queries, and segmentation strategies. Configure and maintain data extensions, subscriber lists, and data models to ensure accurate targeting. Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other Salesforce Clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and external platforms. Conduct A/B testing, campaign analysis, and performance reporting to improve engagement and ROI. Provide training, documentation, and support to marketing teams for effective use of SFMC tools. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations across all digital communications. Maintain knowledge on Salesforce releases, new features, and industry best practices. Qualifications Proven experience (3+ years) working as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant or in a similar digital marketing automation role. Hands-on expertise in Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder, and Contact Builder. Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant certification. Strong knowledge of AMPscript, SQL, HTML, and CSS for campaign personalization and optimization. Experience with data modeling, segmentation, and ETL within Marketing Cloud. Familiarity with Marketing Cloud Connect and integrating SFMC with Salesforce CRM. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign metrics and optimize strategies. Ability to drive adoption and training for SFMC users. Excellent communication, client-facing ability, and project management skills. Other Info Contractor may be hired as W2.
