About the Role: We're seeking a dynamic Channel Development Executive to lead one of our most strategically critical business initiatives. This pivotal role will directly impact Autura's market leadership by driving revenue expansion with existing partners while conquering new markets through strategic partnership acquisition. Strategic Importance This role represents a cornerstone of Autura's growth strategy, with partnerships contributing significantly to our revenue pipeline and market expansion. The successful candidate will directly influence our competitive positioning, revenue trajectory, and long-term market dominance. You'll have direct visibility with executive leadership and play an instrumental role in shaping Autura's future success. What You'll Be Doing: Strategic Partnership Development (30%) • Design and execute a comprehensive channel strategy aligned with Autura's market objectives • Identify, qualify, and recruit high-potential partners using compelling and tailored value propositions • Establish partnership tiers with clear criteria, benefits, and growth pathways Partner Relationship Management (25%) • Build and nurture executive-level relationships with strategic partners • Serve as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for assigned partners • Conduct quarterly business reviews to assess performance and identify growth opportunities • Proactively identify and resolve channel conflicts or competitive challenges • Advocate for partner needs internally while ensuring alignment with Autura's objectives Enablement & Go-to-Market Execution (20%) • Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales enablement teams to create partner-ready assets • Develop and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs that accelerate time-to-revenue • Design partner training covering product knowledge, market dynamics, and effective positioning • Create joint marketing plans, co-selling strategies, and other partner programs • Facilitate technical integration between Autura's platform and complementary partner solutions Revenue Growth & Pipeline Management (15%) • Establish and track partner-sourced revenue targets and growth objectives • Implement rigorous pipeline management processes using CRM and partner portal tools • Develop joint account plans for high-potential partnership opportunities • Create compelling ROI models to help partners position Autura's value to their members Program Optimization & Reporting (10%) • Work with leadership to develop partner incentive programs that drive desired behaviors • Continuously evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements based on data • Produce regular reporting on channel performance metrics and leading indicators • Gather competitive intelligence through the partner network to inform product strategy • Stay current on automotive service technology trends and towing & recovery industry developments About You: Experience & Education • 7+ years of progressive experience in technology partner management, with at least 3 years focused on automotive, insurance, or membership-based organizations • Proven success building and scaling channel programs that delivered significant revenue growth • Demonstrated expertise in complex enterprise sales cycles and partnership development • Experience with partner enablement, joint marketing initiatives, and co-selling programs • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred Technical Knowledge • Familiarity with the towing & recovery technical ecosystem is a plus • Experience with partner relationship management platforms and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) • Understanding of API ecosystems and technology integration approaches Competencies • Strategic vision coupled with tactical execution capabilities • Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills • Polished communication and presentation abilities for both technical and business audiences • Strong analytical thinking with data-driven decision-making approach • Self-directed with demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments • Adaptable problem-solver who thrives in dynamic, high-growth settings Additional Information • Travel Requirements: 30-40% travel required for partner meetings, industry events, and joint customer engagements Who We Are & Benefits: Autura is committed to providing modernized benefits and cultural perks. • Competitive pay and annual performance reviews • Option for 100% fully paid benefits package including health, dental, vision • 401(k) with a matching company contribution • Open Paid Time Off • 100% Remote work Autura is dedicated to creating an equitable, inclusive, and supportive work environment that brings people together from diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.
