Benefits: • Dental insurance • Employee discounts • Health insurance Our company is currently seeking ​an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team! Responsibilities: • Collections - Contacting customers for past due balances both domestic and international • Obtaining primary financial data for accounting records • Computing and reporting numerical data • Checking the accuracy of business transactions • Performing data entry and administrative duties • Working with wholesale fashion industry companies • Facilitating incoming payments by check, credit card, or wire • Monitoring AR accounts & communicates any discrepancies with customers Qualifications: • Minimum: Associates Degree in Accounting • Three years experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields • Fundamental knowledge of GAAP principles • Ability to prioritize and multitask • Strong organizational skills • Deadline and detail-oriented • Ability to work well in a team environment • Efficiency in Microsoft Office Suite This is an onsite, in-person job.
