AIM is hiring a Junior Digital Marketing Analyst to join our team. We’re looking for someone eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a cutting-edge Digital AdTech firm. As part of our fast-growing company, you’ll gain hands-on experience analyzing marketing data, supporting campaign execution and clients, and working across a variety of platforms and channels. The Junior Digital Marketing Analyst will assist with the setup, monitoring, and optimization of digital marketing initiatives for clients. The ideal candidate is attentive, process-oriented, and quick to learn detailed requirements in order to provide reliable support to our customers. Responsibilities: • Create deliverables such as social media posts and emails for clients. • Support the build and launch of marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. • Compile data to help guide tactical recommendations and campaign adjustments. • Prepare documents for customers and answer questions regarding requirements or processes. • Communicate clearly and professionally with team members, clients, and partners. Qualifications: • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Exceptional attention to detail, especially when compiling documentation where accuracy is critical and errors cannot occur. • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. • Creative mindset with the ability to contribute ideas. Experience / Education: • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
