Customer Service Representative Automation Personnel Services is looking for a hard-working Customer Service Representative for a company based in Houston, TX. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for working in both office and warehouse environments assisting in the management of dispatch, receiving incoming calls, creating a positive experience for customers and drivers, completing, and submitting daily status reports. Pay Rate Starting pay $18.00-$20.00 per hour [negotiable depending on experience] Schedule and Hours 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday-Friday Customer Service Representative Duties and Responsibilities • Ensure all driver loads are covered and on time. • Request and process all paperwork in preparation for billing. • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Applications • Schedule, monitor and confirm all deliveries. • Respond promptly to customer inquiries. • CSRS are responsible for ensuring accurate data entry and resolving any issues that arise. • Utilize computer management system to manage dispatch. • Receive incoming calls, monitor, and document deliveries. • Must have the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and maintain customer satisfaction. Customer Service Representative Requirements and Qualifications • Must have experience in scheduling and dispatching. • Excellent communication, both written and verbal. • Strong attention to detail. • Excellent coordination and good physical condition Job Type: Full time temporary to hire.
