Role Overview We are a growing AI-focused Automation Agency specializing in AI Chatbots, AI Receptionists, and AI Sales Representatives, primarily built and managed within GoHighLevel. We are seeking a Part-Time Account Manager with strong agency experience and hands-on GoHighLevel expertise to manage post-sale client relationships, oversee AI solution delivery, and support retention and account growth. *This position has the opportunity to grow into a full-time salaried position with benefits for the right candidate. This role requires a balance of client-facing communication, hands-on platform work when needed, and coordination with our fulfillment and technical teams. Key ResponsibilitiesClient Account Management (Post-Sale) • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts (up to 20 accounts) • Manage day-to-day client communication, expectations, and satisfaction • Lead onboarding, implementation coordination, and ongoing optimization • Conduct regular check-ins, performance reviews, and strategy calls • Proactively identify retention risks and upsell opportunities GoHighLevel Platform Management • Hands-on management within GoHighLevel (Agency & SaaS environments) • Configure and maintain: • Pipelines, workflows, and automations • CRM structures and lead routing • Reporting dashboards and performance tracking • Troubleshoot issues and implement fixes when required AI Solutions Oversight & Optimization • Manage and support client deployments of: • AI Chatbots (web, SMS, omnichannel) • AI Receptionists (inbound call handling and routing) • AI Sales Representatives (lead qualification, follow-up, booking) • Collaborate with internal developers and fulfillment teams to: • Improve conversation flows and AI performance • Optimize booking and conversion rates • Ensure solutions align with client goals and approved scope • Clearly explain AI performance and improvements to clients Retention, Upsells & Growth • Assist with renewals, expansions, and upsell opportunities • Identify opportunities to increase account value through additional AI services • Provide strategic recommendations based on performance data Internal Coordination • Act as the bridge between clients and internal fulfillment teams • Ensure clear documentation, requirements, and follow-through • Maintain accurate account notes, action items, and timelines Required Qualifications • 4–5+ years of experience as an Account Manager in a digital or marketing agency • 3–4+ years of hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (agency or SaaS model) • Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously • Direct experience working with or managing: • AI Chatbots • AI Receptionists (voice AI / inbound call handling) • AI Sales or lead-qualification agents • Strong understanding of CRM workflows, automations, and client lifecycle management • Excellent communication, organization, and client-facing skills • Comfortable balancing hands-on execution with oversight and coordination Nice to Have (Strong Plus) • Experience working with SaaS-based agency models • Familiarity with voice AI, inbound call routing, or IVR-style logic • Experience collaborating with distributed or offshore fulfillment teams • Proven success with client retention and account expansion What Success Looks Like • Clients feel supported, informed, and confident • AI solutions are performing, optimized, and aligned with client objectives • Retention remains strong and accounts grow over time • Internal teams receive clear direction and timely feedback Why Join Us • Flexible, part-time remote contract role • Clearly defined working hours with work-life balance • Exposure to cutting-edge AI and automation solutions • Opportunity to grow into a full-time role as the agency scales • Competitive hourly rate based on experience and performance How to Apply To be considered for this position, all candidates must submit a short video introduction.
