Responsibilities Job Posts: Regularly post, manage, and optimize a high volume of online job postings on platforms like Indeed utilizing established templates and guidelines. Meta Ad Management: Develop and manage Meta PPC campaigns to drive results for both client and business growth. Multi-Channel: Launch and manage additional marketing channels (such as email campaigns, blogs, newsletters, etc.) to expand our marketing reach. Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing partners/contractors including copywriters, designers, SEO agencies, developers, etc to efficiently execute strategies. A/B Testing: Implement systematic A/B testing processes to refine ad performance, targeting, and messaging. Analytics: Track, analyze, and report KPI’s to gauge efficiency of marketing channels, enhance performance, and drive strategic decision-making.
