You will work as part of a dedicated product team within Forma Design, partnering closely with Product and Design in an empowered product triad. Together, you will discover, validate, and deliver automation capabilities that reduce manual work, increase consistency, and allow best practices, standards, and domain knowledge to be embedded directly into design workflows.This role is about turning design automations into a first-class product capability. Automations are created as reusable, configurable building blocks that can be applied and adapted across different projects and contexts, without requiring users to write code or understand the underlying implementation.As Engineering Manager, you will have the opportunity to apply and grow both your technical and people skills to enhance our product's impact on our users' workflows.On the engineering side, you will work with a wide range of technologies, including web, large-scale systems, and cloud computing, tackling exciting challenges alongside a team of highly engaged and motivated colleagues. Our organizational culture encourages managers to contribute directly to the work while also supporting others.On the managerial side, you'll play an active role in our engineering management team, which collectively supports more than 60 engineers. Your main responsibilities as a manager will be to empower team members to succeed, foster a sense of belonging, and collaborate with other managers to build a solution-focused culture.
